At Deep Inspectors Report, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
No Refunds Once Reports Are Delivered
All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or cancellations once a Vehicle History Report has been successfully generated and delivered to the customer.
When Refunds Are Allowed
A refund will only be issued under the following circumstances:
If you did not receive the report you ordered.
If there is a technical issue on our end that prevents delivery of your report.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:
You change your mind after purchase.
You ordered the wrong VIN or provided incorrect information.
You are dissatisfied with the contents of the report once delivered (as all data is sourced from third-party databases and provided “as is”).
How to Request a Refund
If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact our support team at info@deepinspectors.com within 7 days of purchase. Include your order number, VIN, and a description of the issue.
